Q: In the real world, do you feel that this type of romance and this type of love generally works out, especially with such distance between the two persons?
Amanda: I think it's hard to connect when you have that much time away from somebody -- it's hard to stay connected in each other's lives so that's one thing that you're really fighting.
And if you lose that battle, I still think that if it's meant to be, it's going to happen, it's going to come back to you. I definitely think there's just that one person in the world for everybody, I don't know, it's completely possible.
Channing: I think you can make whatever work that you really, really want to make work.
But last night American star Channing Tatum had his hands full as he posed on the red carpet with his co-star Amanda Seyfried and his real life wife Jenna Dewan.
The trio appeared together for the London premiere of Dear John, a romantic love story about a couple separated by armed conflicts of the 21st century.
During an out-of-body experience, she must decide whether to wake up and live a life far different than she had imagined. Rosie and Alex have been best friends since they were 5, so they couldn't possibly be right for one another..could they?
Dressed in a plunging cream dress, she gazed up lovingly up at Channing, 29, who she married just eight months ago in Malibu, Los Angeles.
Clearly she wanted to show onlookers where the real chemistry was at and, tellingly, she and Amanda didn't pose for pictures together.
And the only person he wants to have sex with is his wife, Jenna [Dewan].
I don’t think I’m compatible with anybody I’ve dated.
But their romance is threatened as the holiday ends as Savannah has to go back to college and John must return to life in the army and all that his duty entails.
